In 2013, in collaboration with the Kenya Ministry of Health (MOH), USAID’s predecessor Maternal and Child Health Integrated Program (MCHIP) initiated an implementation research study to inform the MOH and its partners about the feasibility of, factors for success in, and challenges of implementing integrated community case management (iCCM). The study was completed by MCHIP’s successor, MCSP. This brief summarizes key study findings, implications, and possible next steps for iCCM implementation in Bondo Sub-county and in Kenya.
